Cleanings offered

  • Hourly Cleaning $40 per maid (minimum of $80)
  • One time cleaning
  • Weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly
  • Move in/move out cleaning (will quote in person)
  • Floors only

Prices based off of a one-time cleaning

  • Hourly Cleaning $40 per maid (minimum of $80)
  • One Bedroom home $100 (additional fees may apply)
  • Two Bedroom home $120 (additional fees may apply)
  • Three Bedroom home $145 (additional fees may apply)
  • Four Bedroom home $170 (additional fees may apply)
  • Five bedroom on up or more than 3000 sq ft will be based on an hourly cleaning
Additional rooms such as Dens, offices, separate dining rooms and sun rooms will be considered bedrooms when it comes to pricing.

Weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly

If a customer chooses to set up to become a regular customer, they can deduct as follows

  • Weekly 20%
  • Bi-Weekly 15%
  • Monthly 5%

A Standard cleaning consist of:

  • Cobweb Removal
  • Dust Ceiling fans
  • Dry dust baseboards and all flat surfaces
  • Dry Dust Window ledges
  • Dry dust décor
  • Countertops
  • Exterior of appliances
  • Sanitize Sinks
  • Clean tubs
  • Clean and sanitize toilets
  • Clean mirrors and glass tables
  • Make bed and change linens (when extra linens are available)
  • Empty trash
  • Vacuum/Sweep/Mop all floors

Extras

  • Inside Fridge $20
  • Inside Oven $20
  • Clean Interior Windows $3 per window
  • Dry Dusting Blinds $2 per window
  • Clean Blinds $5 per blind (no mini blinds)
  • Wet wipe Baseboards $8 per room
  • Clean inside cabinets $30 (empty cabinets only)
Anything extra not seen below can be quoted at the time of visit

Services not offered:

  • Cleaning of Bio-Hazards (mold, blood or bodily fluids)
  • Heavy scrubbing
  • High to reach Areas and window washing of Exterior Windows
  • Animal Waste of any kind
